Prices

Our prices depend on the size of your school (we were the first company to reflect in our prices the fact that small schools often have very little budget flexibility) and the modules you choose. Our licence fees are very competitve and EMMA offers outstanding value for money.

EMMA is available on a annual licence basis with a minimum contract length of 12 months although discounted licensing is offered for multi year contracts, Academy Trusts and Local Authority grouped licences. You may choose to renew your contract at the end of the contract license period or select a longer term at a discounted rate.

We keep our prices low by keeping our costs down and by not charging for tasks that you can easily do yourself. We provide a number of optional extras such as data management, attendance, behaviour, parental access and customisation features. Options can be purchased at the time of order or added at a later date.
